The cart(s) and glass recycling service (TRC) are provided based on the glass supplier’s understanding and agreement that:

1. 1. carts will only be used for whole glass bottles which will be exclusively provided to (TRC).
   2. upon receipt supplier will check the functionality of the carts and notify (TRC) of any issues with their condition;
   3. supplier will make reasonable efforts keep them in their care and custody, including training their staff on cart usage and
   4. supplier will indemnify and hold harmless (TRC) for any and all matters related to cart usage.
